is a not-for-profit membership organization founded in 1982. Their mission

and environmentally sustainable society.

to appear in the National Green Pages and
carry the Seal of Approval, companies must demonstrate that
they:

that operate according to principles of social justice and environmental
sustainability;
* Are socially and environmentally responsible in the way they source, manufacture,
and market their products and run their offices and factories; and
* Are committed to developing and employing extraordinary practices that
benefit workers, customers, communities, and the environment.
NativeEnergy leverages market demand for high quality, additional carbon offsets
to bring online new Native American, family farmer and community-owned renewable
energy and carbon-reduction projects that provide both environmental and social
benefits. NativeEnergy enables its clients to help directly finance the construction
of specific new projects. NativeEnergy also offers third party verified and
certified offsets and RECs. Our expertise engages both short term and long
term solutions within an organization including: evaluating the environmental
footprint of a firm, reducing energy use and costs, and engaging employees
on carbon reductions within the company and at home.
